TIC Company is an anti-money-laundering compliance services that help businesses verify identities.
At TicCompany, I was tasked with reimagining the UI/UX of their app while working within a Material UI–based Design System. My goal was to translate both business objectives and user needs into a visually appealing and cohesive experience.
I focused on improving clarity, usability, and delight, ensuring that enhancements were noticeable yet non-disruptive—maintaining familiar user flows while introducing refined interactions and visual consistency. The result was a design that balanced innovation with usability, strengthening both user engagement and overall satisfaction.
